The Broker Assist packages below are catered towards sellers who are comfortable with marketing their property and handling showings and communication on their own, but need broker's representation upon receiving an offer(s). This is where we come in! We will assist with real estate contract and forms review, negotiations on your behalf, communication with parties involved in the sale (buyer's agent, escrow, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) and guide you all the way through closing.

* We are members of both the RMLS and NWMLS and can only list properties on either or both of these multiple listing services (MLS). If you need to list on another MLS, do not proceed with payment here. Contact us and we may be able to refer you to another applicable MLS source.

 

** Listing revisions are those that occur AFTER your listing is activated. We do not charge for revisions during the listing process. All revisions are to be emailed to broker. Additional revision fees are charged based on each occurrence, not the actual number of revisions. For example, each email you send us, even if it contains multiple revisions, counts as only one occurrence and charged accordingly. NOTE: price and sale status changes are NOT considered revisions and will not be charged.

*** Multiple Listing Service (MLS) rules prohibit seller contact information from being displayed on the listing to the public, which includes MLS syndicated websites (e.g. REALTOR.COM®, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, IDX websites & others). By law, only the listing broker’s contact info can and must be displayed to the public. Information such as seller's contact information and showing instructions will however be directly available to REALTOR® members of the MLS in the private section(s) of seller's MLS listing. Seller will be the primary contact for Realtors.

**** Any and all public inquiries (e.g. phone calls, emails, texts, etc.) Broker may receive from the public will be forwarded/directed to seller.

***** At successful closing, seller shall pay Premier Trust Realty/listing Broker the applicable commission percentage (as specified under each package) of the final sales price or $1500 minimum fee, whichever is greater. This fee will be paid out of escrow through seller's net proceeds.
