Terms & Conditions
When we list a property (full service listings) we typically request a 2-4 month listing term. Our goal is obviously to sell as quickly as possible for top dollar, but this is an average time frame to expect for most properties. However, you are never locked in and free to cancel anytime without penalty just as long as there isn’t a pending contract for sale on your property that would lead to any broker being rightfully due their fee/commission. Essentially, if you are not satisfied with the level of service you are getting, then we don’t deserve your business anyway!
