Steps to Get Listed
5 Simple Steps
Below are detailed steps to get your property listed with our Flat Fee MLS and/or Broker Assist packages. Typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days (quite often less) after we receive payment and all necessary information needed from you. If you need expedited service, we may be able to accommodate depending on our current work load. Same day listings are sometimes possible if we receive everything necessary by 10:00AM on that same business day.
1. Select Package
Select and purchase your desired Flat Fee MLS or Broker Assist package here online or contact us to pay through another preferred method. We accept personal checks, cashier checks, Zelle or can invoice you separately via Paypal.
Select and purchase any optional additional products/services after you purchase your main Flat Fee MLS or Broker Assist package. Unfortunately, our site is not set up at this time to complete your main package and additional products/services you may select here all at once. You will need to complete two separate purchase transactions. We thank you for your flexibility and patience while we update our system for more streamlined process in near future.
MLS FORM: Select the appropriate MLS listing data form to complete from our listing forms library. If your form is not yet available, we will email you the applicable form to fill out and send back to us. This comprehensive online MLS listing data form will be exactly what we need to process and complete your listing and will be the information that will be displayed on your listing.
LISTING PHOTOS: Email us (photos@premiertrust-realty.com) your applicable number of listing photos based on the listing package you selected and in your desired order you want them posted. For larger photo file sizes, please send in a ZIP file.
4. Sign Listing Agreement
We will email you our listing agreement based on your selection(s)/purchase(s) for you to review and electronically sign. It will come from us via Docusign and will contain the same terms and conditions disclosed in Step 3, but in formal PDF format so that we each receive printable copies. Please note that all sellers on title must sign the listing agreement.
5. Listing Activation
We activate your listing and send you a confirmation link that shows your new active MLS listing. Your listing will be immediately available to all real estate agents in your area and also syndicated numerous major real estate websites (e.g. Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin & many more)., typically within minutes.
